Apartments Tim & Klara - Sunny Cres Island

It was a modern en for the two of us spacious apartment. We had our own parking space and a great balcony with partly sea view. Two bathrooms with a great shower. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good working washing machine. Walking distance from the center of Cres. Quick and friendly response from the company representing the owner. Fire distinguisher present and good locks on the door. We really loved Cres and there are several good restaurants at the cosy harbor. So we set aside our annoyance about some things regarding the apartment and extended our stay for a few days.

We were given the wrong adres so that gave a bit confusion at the start of our stay. On arrival we discovered a full dishwasher with a smelly content. And several days later we wanted to use the oven and it was very dirty inside. The rest of the apartment was clean. The WiFi was not working from the start and it took until the 5th day of our stay to solve it by bringing a new modem. The company forwarded our complaints to the owner but we ourselves heard nothing from him/her, not even a personal apology. In both bathrooms is only 1 hook for the towels and now holder for the toilet paper. The lack of a smoke detector because it saves lives and they are not expensive! You have them with batteries lasting for 10 years. The hooks to hang your clothing are to big for the size of the wardrobe so the door doesn’t close.
