Scent of the Sea Apartment - L'Opera Group

The flat is lovely and the host put the heating on ready for our arrival. I've stayed in so many places that don't do that!. The view from the balcony is great It's very close to the station

The entrance downstairs is a bit shabby. It doesn't give the right Impression for such a good flat.

Location is quite near the station but there’s an uphill walk.

The toilet has a strong sewage smell. Even in winter, the smell is strong. The bath tub water flows down extremely slowly. The heater is not working well. Half the panel is heated, the other half is not. We were shivering in the cold at night. It takes a long time to heat up and even then it’s not warm. Air con cannot be used. They kept the remote. If air con can be used, I can still adjust temp to 25. I think for summer is still ok. In winter is not. Overall a disappointing stay.

Host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is well equipped. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Will consider to stay here again if we visit Le Spezia again.

Very easy to find it. Super close to train station, stores, city center. Nice rooms and beds. Clean and very nice terrace.

The bath could be better, but it s ok. Inerior and entering of the bloc/building.

The apartment was very nice. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the city or train station. The owner Hong is very helpful and has recommendations on restaurants and shops, and more. Perfect start place if you wants to go to cinque terre cities. Short drive to beautiful beaches,

The property is located about 5-7 minutes from the train station. This made it extremely convenient to get back and forth to the train station for trips to Cinque Terre. The owner was extremely kind to accommodate our early check in.

Everything was great but it is important to mention that there is a slight walk uphill to get to the apartment and it is located on the 3rd floor, so that should be considered when booking.

The apartment was clean and so spacious and the terrace was huge. It was perfect for our family with little kids to give them some space to run around. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area.
