The central location and great view of city, sea, and port

Small cockroaches in bathroom which even got onto my clothes! One got onto the dress I put on without me realizing it was on the dress and when I flicked it off was when I realized what it was as it started crawling on the floor. Second one appeared at night on the bathroom floor. I sprayed around with bleach but the next morning, there were two more! I have attached a photo of one of those that I then sprayed with bleach. Bad smells came into the bathroom from the drains on both days of my stay and the bathroom has no exhaust fan to help remove these smells. Shower head height cannot be adjusted as the attachment is broken and has been fixed in placed with a screw sticking upwards! I have attached a photo of this. All sounds of people coughing, talking, doing other things, can be heard clearly from adjacent apartments during the day and mainly at night. Tap in the kitchen needs to be fixed as the flow is poor and the water sprays. The mattress on the bed is quite hard and the pillows are very hard and hurt my neck. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not value for money at all. After more cockroaches appearing, I checked out as early as I could on the morning of my checkout date.

The apartment is at high floor and the view of the city is stunning. Although the building is old and halls and staircases remember far away times, the apartment itself is furnished modernly, with a smart TV, balcony furniture to sit and enjoy the view in the evening with some wine. A small coffee machine would be a good idea, to have a morning café. Electric sun blinds in windows are a perfect idea. The apartment is small, but it will not be uncomfortable for those who want to enjoy the city in the heart of it - a location close to Alicante's famous promenade and to the city center is a great advantage - within 5 minutes you reach all the goods of Alicante's tourists' goods. You can find a perfectly stocked supermarket just under the apartment on the next street and a truly enjoyable open-air bar in the park's corner. A subway station is just 4 minutes of walk if you want to reach some other places like Benidorm.

The property was lovely. It has a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable. The TV and other facilities were all excellent.

Very good location, clean, well equipped for a few days stay, the bed is spacious and comfortable, and the view!!! We were very satisfied with this studio, and really enjoyed our time. Not big, but comfortable for two. Luceros is about 3-4 min walking, where are the tram station to Benidorm or other cities, and the airport bus stop. Train station is about 7-10 min. Sea about 5 min. The Santa Barbara fortress is also reachable, about 40 min walking, uphill. Martín was waiting for us in front of the building, and made possible that we check-in earlier, for which we are thankful. He told us all the necessary information.

Only one thing, if you are a bad sleeper, the noise from the neighbouring flats could disturb you. In daytime we heard no noises.
