Villa Gravic

The whole break was amazing. A huge thanks to Ivana and her family for making us feel so welcome. She was happy to help with recommendations for activities, beaches and restaurants. Even lent us parasols and picked up some shopping to pop in the fridge before we arrived, due to public holiday supermarket closures. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and cool in the 30+ degree heat. The outside space was also super clean and welcoming. Pool was a hit with the whole family. Plenty of local beaches, supermarket and restaurants in easy walking distance. National parks and Split not too far. The villa is away from the major hustle and bustle of the city and bigger 'resorts'. Just perfect!

Everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, big rooms, it was very clean and comfortable

Very clean Had everything you needed - air con, kitchen supplies, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer Comfortable bed The pool was great for the hot summer - plenty of sun loungers Ivana was very welcoming - gave good tips for food and where to get the bus. The bus takes about 15 mins into the old town and costs €1.60 :) If you are feeling up to it, it'll take about an hour to walk to the old town - we enjoyed a nice walk home one evening. 10 minute walk to the beautiful coast.

Depending on what you are going for the location is a bit away from everything

Nice appartment to explore Zadar area The host Ivana was very kind and provided us with plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants Air condition was very appreciated as it was really hot. Cosy terrace to sit out Free parking at the property Beach, supermarket and restaurants at walkingdistance (10 minutes) The two turtles in the garden

It was difficult to park in Zadar and it was too long to walk from the appartment. We should have listened to Ivana and take a Huber to town You can drive to many nice beaches but it was difficult to find a parkingsspot as it was very crowded The pool was small and you felt watched by the appartments above The cook was small with only 2 fires A bit limited kitchenware, we were missing a breadknife, bowls and a toaster and the coffeemachine was extremely slow. We put it on before we went to the bakery and it was just finished when we came back half hour later We were missing a few extra electric contacts

Ivana is very kind and friendly. our stay was great. clean and quiet room. large balcony, air conditioning. access to the swimming pool. you can see that the area is expanding and construction works are underway. Either way, this is a place we will return to.

The property was spotless clean and the owner was very helpful. She always responded to any message you sent very quickly.

Was a little far out from Zadar centre. Although good bus service. Ideal if you had a car, plenty space to park.
