The room had some smells like glue, especially in bathroom. The entrance glass door face to street, there was no any curtain to cover it. It was the worst thing to me.
NZThis is a perfect little private studio for a short stay. You'll have the entire place to yourself, including a spacious room and a bathroom. The house features a fridge, a microwave, two couches, and a large bed, everything you need for a few days in Auckland. The price is very reasonable for the value offered. If you don't have high standards and are okay with taking the bus to the city center, this place is ideal for you. Additionally, the private car park is a significant advantage, and the location is really quiet!

Unit was occupied on arrival. Double booked or the owners employee, i am not sure. But the owner had another unit out back too. So I moved out there. Not flash, but perfectly ok.

NZThe location was ideal for why I was up in Auckland. For the price I paid the property was great and very clean/organised.
The water pressure for the shower wasn't particuarly good but that was my only real complaint.
