Location (and size) of the flat, walking distance to Sassi and surrounded by several nice restaurants/shops. Size of the bedroom. Host responsive and willing to grant one extra hour to checkout

No extra perk for "Genius" when it comes to breakfast (no voucher to be used in a bar as in other B&B) Showering is problematic unless you are not a tiny/slim person. We were there in a very (unusually) cold period and the heating system could not provide the wished comfort.

It would have been better if there was a small sofa in the large bedroom, so we could sit comfortably together.
