My room was lovely and it was cool, but it was ground floor and therefore pretty cool naturally. If it is hot, go for the ground floor... Meal in the evening was fantastic - fresh fish was delicious - and the breakfast was also excellent!

Lack of air conditioning was about the only thing I would say!! Other people in my group were jealous of my room in that it was cool

Friendly staff, good food and plenty of parking.

Cars travel quickly past the entrance at "rush hour"

This is a very efficiently-run pub/hotel, well located for trips to Blenheim, into the Cotswolds or north to Warwick. All staff were friendly and eager to be helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the portions are generous.

Beautiful place. Good restaurant. They have Hawkstone beer.

Shower wall too small. Separate taps for hot and cold water so basically the only usable one is the cold which is inconvenient.

The staff particularly Danny were exceptional friendly helpful and going beyond expectations. The food was delicious particularly the pate and the chicken and bacon baguette and there was an excellent breakfast choice. Car parking was plentiful.

Nothing except given the name of the pub I would have liked to be able to walk into Witney.

Great service from friendly staff, attentive but not intrusive. Lovely clean spacious rooms with comfy beds. Nice bar and dining area and the food in the restaurant was really good!

Slight drainy smell in carpark on arrival which did nt really bother is but could be off putting to some. No evidence of that actually in the pub or rooms

Everything about it. Staff, food, rooms. Only stayed 1 night but was very enjoyable
