"Nightmare."

We weren't staying at THIS caravan at all.😡. On arrival: We booked this caravan(at least we thought). , get keys and paper work to a different one. Apparently booking was made for a different caravan. When we arrived someone else was already staying in ,,our caravan,, . Meaning was already occupied. The owner didn't pick up the phone. Nightmare. We didn't have a roof over our heads for that night. We didn't know what to do. It was getting dark and kids in car were so tired after the trip. I thought we are coming back home. But staff from Butlins offer an emergency caravan. So we were rescued. Stressful stay. I was not expecting that on booking.com
