Spacious accomodation, comfortable beds, multiple options to warm the room (the panel heather came handy to create warm area to dry shoes and socks after being caught in rain). Owner was flexible with payment time (a couple of hours after my arrival) due to certain issues.

Card payment only possible via bank transaction, so I had to change money before being able to pay (despite the description saying differently). I also see the accommodation a bit pricey for the location and no breakfast offer. Kitchen is poorly equipped with utensils, and you can not cook anything, but only microwave. Coordination between owner and cleaning contractor was poor - the latter came while I was present at accommodation (not a pleasant feeling when someone bangs on the doors and tries to enter), for what the owner apologised. Bathroom floors were also not to clean as I would expect - I found a cigarette stub under the sink. Mostly residential area, but with a lot of cars passing by due to parking, in nearby restaurant they had a party deep into the night, and just over the wall are the railway tracks of Poti seaport (so the train cars were constantly causing loud noise when they were moved from one spot to another).

Ruslan Hotel is a nice accommodation if you need to spend just 1-2 nights in Poti. The location is good because it is not far from the centre, and there are lots of cafes and shops. What I really liked is that the noise of port is not realy annoying in this apartment - I expected much worse. There are air-con and warm shower, so it is convinient to stay there. I didn't communicate much with hosts but they seem to be very lovely people. Thanks a lot!

It would be nice to have a bit more equipped kitchen. Some stove would be awesome.
