Ho soggiornato presso Ma.de. House e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con gusto moderno e accogliente, capace di farti sentire subito a tuo agio. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, dotati di tutti i comfort necessari, sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Ma il vero punto di forza è la vista eccezionale che si gode dalla veranda...Mangiare fuori, fare un idromassaggio, o semplicemente rilassarsi sui comodi lettini con quel panorama mozzafiato sul lago non ha prezzo! La posizione è comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Un plauso speciale va a Giovanni, davvero impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Da come abbiamo prenotato si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, rendendo tutto semplice e piacevole. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, con grande cura nei dettagli e preziosi consigli utili per il soggiorno. È raro trovare un’ospitalità così autentica e premurosa: si percepisce chiaramente la passione per ciò che fa e l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un host che fa davvero la differenza e contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza ancora più speciale, in un luogo speciale Tornerei senza nessuna esitazione! Anche il mio cagnolino è d'accordo con me, non voleva più andare via :-D

Everything! If we could rank it 10000000 that was the rank. We had a wonderful stay at Ma.De House. The house is absolutely perfect,.beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The view is simply stunning and made our stay even more special. Giovanni, the owner, is incredibly kind, lovely, and welcoming. He was attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us from start to finish. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend Ma.De House to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. We would happily come back

La vista spettacolare, e la casa ben fornita di tutto un posto davvero super rilassante. Il proprietario é super gentile e disponibile, la consiglio se cercato un posto tranquillo per passare dei giorni in totale relax!

Niente tutto perfetto.

De gastvrijheid van Giovanni. Zeer behulpzaam wil je met alles helpen! Geeft ontzettend veel informatie over de omgeving, tips wat te doen, informatie over top restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de touren (vanwege gezondheid) maar hij heeft foto's en filmpjes gedeeld van wat hij heeft gezien. Zeker een aanrader. Het huis staat op een geweldige locatie. Wat een uitzicht elke dag weer. 1 woord genieten!! Als je komt voor rust is dit de beste plek. De hottub is zeker een aanrader. S'avonds in de hottub met de geluiden van de natuur op de achtergrond, een hapje en een drankje erbij. Echt het geld waard! Het genieten van de natuur, het horen van de burlende herten, Het gehuil van wolven, wilde zwijnen. Het loopt allemaal in de omgeving. Je kan het vooral horen, wij hebben wel wat herten en wilde paarden gezien op de andere berg. Maar het is geluk hebben om beesten te zien.

De locatie was prachtig. De eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement was comfortabel ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was spectaculair

Alles was in orde

The view of the lake from the large terrace was amazing. This is a place to totally relax with nature. No sounds at all apart from birds in the trees and deers in the distance. The mountain roads require care whilst diving with the occasional wild boar, sheep or cows crossing the roads! plus Porcupines at night! Rome is only about a 80 minute drive away and Gianni recommended a good central car park. Gianni is so helpful and was always on hand to help or recommend places to visit, he is the perfect host and such a nice person, you couldn’t ask for a better host!

We stayed for a month in May, the weather early in the month was changeable, but some sunny days, nights can be cool as the house is at 660m above sea level, but it warmed up a lot towards the end of the month and when we left the daytime temperature was around 26-30 Deg. During the month of May some of the local restaurants only open at lunchtime. There is a small market shop and butchers in Collee Di Tora, around 5 miles away and a onsite bakery in Castel Di Tora, around 8-10 miles away, for a larger supermarket we found a Lidl in Rieti around 16 miles/30 minutes drive away.

Everything, from the friendly welcome to the beautiful house and the extras offered. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a local cake. The owner also provided other useful items in the kitchen. My wife and I really enjoyed the guided walk through the forest to the old roman's bridge, the wild asparagus picking, the lake boat tour, and the bread making lesson at the local bakery. We wish we could have stayed longer.
