"Erg jammer dat zo’n mooi appartement in verval aan het raken is door slecht onderhoud"

Groot appartement ruim opgezet

Toen we aankwamen stonk het in een kamer naar rook (terwijl roken verboden is), toilet was niet doorgespoeld, lag vuilnis in keuken en vieze handdoek in badkamer. En in algemeen niet goed schoongemaakt. Ze reageerde heel vriendelijk op onze email en beloofde de volgende ochtend alles te komen schoonmaken. Echter toen we ‘‘s middags terugkwamen was er niets gebeurd. Weer contact opgenomen en toen zeiden ze dat ze wel waren geweest. Echter de vuilnis en vieze handdoek lagen er nog steeds. Ze zijn uiteindelijk niet meer geweest en we hebben zelf maar schoongemaakt.
