Family-Friendly Home! Walk to Sea Street Beach

Good-sized house, good, quiet location. Price was quite low, compared to other houses in the area. WIFI was included, if though not advertised. House could be okay if propely cleaned - see below.

Unfortunately, there were plenty of dirty dishes and kitchenware. Much of it was just somehow thrown into the drawers and the cupboard, including plenty of empty plastic containers. Also, no dishrack and just one dirty teatowel. We found towels (which were included) stuffed in one of the closets, most of them not really clean. Also, many of the numerable decor items were quite dusty. And I am not sure that many electrical extension cords in the outlets are safe. I contacted Evolve after staying in the house and received a partial amout of the money back. They responded quickly and promised to take care of the problem. In sum, house could be good, if property cleaned.

The Location and dates worked for us.

Very disappointed in the actual state of the place. No AC in bed rooms. The twins beds right next to each other. Kitchen table clutter and grimmy, ants on the counter and floor. Couch not comfortable and was dirty looking, too. Bathroom was gross, inside shower just nasty. Used outside shower, not much cleaner either, but breathable. No Useable grill. Both grills rusty and unsafe to use. Unreal amount of electrical extension cords in almost every outlet. So unsafe. This should not have been rentable!
