Es liegt sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar

Der Peis für diese Unterkunft ist in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Im Garten befinden sich noch immer die Überreste eines anscheinend vor Jahren abgebrannten Gebäudes, wo sich Ratten eingenistet haben, die man auch tagsüber sehen kann. In einem Appartment hat sich eine Frau mit drei Hunden für einen Langzeitaufenthalt eingemiet, die mit der Beseitigung der Hinterlassenschaften der Humde restlos überfordert ist.
