"Awful please do not bring kids here."

One front desk worker was kind.

The room was dangerous. Window had no locks, second story and giant hole in screen. Toilet and sink leaked and floor was covered in water. The carpet nailed were exposed and my daughter stepped on one. When I asked my options the manager Diana yelled at me and said I shouldn’t worry about break ins due to it being the second floor when I said I was worried about 3 or 5 year old falling out she hung up on me. We ended leaving early. They stated they would refund my entire stay but they didn’t.

"Disappointed"

The only thing that I liked was the location.

The person from the front desk didn't give me the room that I asked for, even though I upgraded to a suite room, and told me that they did have one available he gave me a different one. Then one of the beds was broken, the toilet top was broken and water was liking, the wifi didn't work on the 3rd floor the elevator didn't work either, they said they have a fitness room lie it was all broken, and the breakfast was so disappointing just cereal, orange juice, waffles, and egg and coffee and last thing they didn't even have an ice machine, and couldn't use the laundry room either.
