"Stanza fredda - Rimborso concesso"

La struttura era fredda. In stanza erano 17 gradi alle ore 19. Loro hanno detto che hanno spento il riscaldamento perché era caldo fuori, caldo, insomma, dipende dai punti di vista, ma di notte erano ancora pochi gradi sopra zero. Abbiamo deciso di chiedere il rimborso che ci hanno concesso nonostante che avessimo già pagato. Comunque per il resto sembra una bella struttura con un bel giardino. Ma per un prezzo così alto senza adeguato riscaldamento ci sembrava troppo. Se fosse stato senza pagamento si sarebbe potuto capire, ma così… Alla fine abbiamo trovato posto in una struttura in Belgio, più economica e ben riscaldata.
