The welcome book was most helpful in finding the exact location and parking. The apartment is well maintained and decorated for a comfortable stay. The facilities are in great condition and the stay itself was pleasant. The bed was particularly comfortable and the space in the apartment was plentiful.

I did not travel for work but did have to work while I was there. I found the WiFi to be a little poor in performance making working not so smooth, but for browsing using a phone, it was sufficient.

Good location

The apartment was very basic, uncomfortably hot and in serous need of updating, and the letting agents didn't respond to our requests for assistance. The approach to the apartment up a metal flight of steps was grubby and the entrance was hard to find down an alley and behind an unmarked door. Altogether one of the least satisfying experiences we have had with Booking.com.

Excellent location right in middle of the town, well appointed accommodation.

The instructions as to where to find the entrance could have been considerably improved. May I suggest that these are amended to point out that the entrance is actually down an alleyway opposite W H Smith?

"A comfy, clean apartment in a great location"

The property had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay; perfect location in the centre of Stamford. Very clean, bed was comfy, lovely soft towels etc.

Minor issue with shower drain but the owners were quick to reply and say it would be sorted in time for the next visitors. I can imagine it would be noisier at weekends; I was there midweek so the street was quiet at night. The entrance steps are quite steep, care needs to be taken.
