Simple studio flat, with lovely clean lines and decor. Quiet residential road and lovely location

That there's no permit voucher for those who have a car. My friend spent a fortune on parking near the station and limited spaces. No kitchen towels or drying cloth.

Entrance up to flat bit rundown Parking a nightmare. When booking there should be more about buying their daily permit at £7 per day as you can only personally buy 4 hours per day at £6.50 only free parking from 8pm - 8am

Would be great to have a light at the front door to see the key box better. Parking which is not in hosts control was a nightmare on Friday night!

Nice studio in a great location which was literally down the road from the beach. Had a nice kitchenette with electric hob, kettle, toaster, sink and a small fridge freezer. Modern decor throughout with a good pressured shower. Host was impeccable and checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything, and even give me a heads up about the neighbours having a bbq! Only a 25-30 mins walk from Brighton pier with plenty of amenities near the property. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely room- had all facilities I could ever need. Hob, kettle, TV, shower. Amazing location, genuinely 5 minute walk from beach. People were really nice - just a really pleasant stay.

Great little apartment in Hove that was excellent value for money. Helpful hosts who were very communicative throughout. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

Could have done with a tea towel and TV was a little temperamental. Other than that, all good!

Location was in a very nice and quiet part of Hove, very close to the beach, shops, bars and cafes. Communication from the host was excellent, replying very quickly to any questions and was very helpful. They even managed to arrange a very cheap parking pass for us to use for the duration of the stay. Very big comfy bed and good facilities which were ideal for a short stay, including a small hob and kettle. Good size TV with access to a lot of the main streaming apps was a nice touch. We were in town for the marathon so it was nice to be able to cook a little food and relax with the telly on.

We found that the noise carried through from surrounding properties quite loudly in the evenings and early morning. I think this is probably normal for a lot of similar style properties in the area, and just one of those things that can’t be helped, but it was probably the main downside for us. There wasn’t a wardrobe or anywhere to hang our clothes up, so we had to live out of our cases for the three days, which wasn’t ideal, but not the end of the world.
