"Great unit, beautiful view. Too many rules"

Great view, good location, nice unit and comfortable.
None of us liked the barking dogs, some which was after 10pm and non stop. We didnt like that you couldnt access the beach until 9am or after 530pm. The box to get out/in when there wasnt a security guard only worked half the time. Had to hop over the wall and a couple times, we couldnt get back in. A lot of unnecessary rules in pool section such as no music, not even at a low volume, no eating, no moving chairs, none of the kids we saw could have a ball. I understand why, but I think it's a good place for much older people though.
