FRLe gros point fort de cet appart : l’emplacement. Juste à côté de la gare, super pratique pour bouger, et le centre historique est tout proche aussi. La chambre parentale est spacieuse, avec pas mal de rangements, une télé, et un lit confortable et bien grand. L'appartement climatisé. La cuisine, vraiment top : grande, bien équipée, avec une table où on peut manger à quatre sans être serrés.
Quelques petits détails à noter, mais rien de méchant : la douche marche mais le débit du pommeau pourrait être meilleur. Il manque un sèche-linge - il y a un séchoir, mais les vêtements mettent du temps à sécher. Pas de parking dans l’immeuble, mais on a pu se garer juste en bas, et c’est gratuit après 20h et le dimanche, donc franchement pratique. Enfin, le soir, c’est parfois un peu bruyant avec quelques jeunes dans le coin, mais ça ne nous a pas empêchés de dormir.
ZAA beautiful and spacious apartment. If you're looking for a place that's outside of Cinque Terre but still offers quick access, Central & Chic is the perfect choice. La Spezia is a charming town with great food and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend it!
Please warn guests in advance about needing cash for city taxes. We didn't know and were unprepared.

PLHigh floor. The apartment looks brand new. A/C plus gas heating. Large and very comfortable bed. Welcome gifts ("Hot cocoa season" rulez!). Real guestbook with many interesting entries. Large modern TV. Washing machine. Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A lot of kitchen equipment and utensils. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. Large supermarket and the railway station 3 min on foot. Perfect for a couple. Definitely will book again.
Remote building gate opening didn't work. Fortunately one of residents was just coming back home and let us in. Once we get the keys then there were no more problems. Hot water from tankless gas heater. No clothes hangers near the entrance to the apartment. Such a perfect apartment but no soap shelf in the shower cabin. Once you have too many electric appliances switched on at the same time, the fuse in the distribution board hidden in the wooden wardrobe on the ground floor may trip. This is an old building after all...
GRThe place is amazing. It has everything you have at home and even more! It is brand new and extremely clean. It is the best pick at La Spezia. 20/10.
GBROAtention for details, plenty of sugestions for places to visit. Very beautiful apartament, fully equiped kitchen. (Coffee, Tea, ) Very close to railway station -5 minute. We made easily late self check in 00:30. Close to visit Cinque terre by train with Family card, close to old town and the port. You can easily go by bus L to San Terenzo beach.
