Très bien situé, à proximité de toutes les activités. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé avec climatisation, réfrigérateur et de nombreux autres équipements. Très belle vue, accompagnée d’une grande terrasse agréable.

Certains appartements n’ont pas accès au parking et, à certaines heures, les places pour se garer à côté des appartements se font rares.

We stayed here for a week. The check-in process was simple, easy to deal with, and we had no issues at all, so we were very happy with that. In general, I liked the area and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues should definitely be noted and improved.

First of all, I was very surprised that there was no actual duvet provided, only a cover and a soft blanket. I understand that Tenerife is warm, but regardless of the temperature, I would still expect a proper duvet for sleeping comfort. Another thing was that simple essentials such as dish soap, salt, or coffee would have been appreciated, at least for the first night. I have stayed in many apartments before, and these small touches are always a nice welcoming gesture for guests. The main issue, however, was the drainage problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. The water drained very slowly, especially in the shower, which made the bathroom difficult and inconvenient to use as water would quickly build up and go everywhere.

I especially liked how we were so close to everything. The mall, convenience stores/supermarkets like Dino and even the mall which was a quick 15-20 minute walk, especially Siam Park which was a wonderful experience (get the FAST PASS) The pool is clean and the depth is nice and relatively safe. It is a gated community so it’s incredibly safe too.

There's nothing really notable to say, the site itself is amazing and is not inconvenient to get there as Busses land directly in front of the property.

Lokalizacja, mieszkanie znajduje się w zamkniętej strefie, nikt poza osobami tam zamieszkałymi nie dostanie się do wewnątrz. Widok z okna i obszerny balkon.

Na pewno zepsute drzwi do szafy, brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni, typu sól, pieprz, cukier, kawa czy herbata oraz środków czystości - puste pojemniki na mydło czy szampon, a te które były w tak minimalistycznej ilości. Brak suszarki do ubrań. To nie są duże rzeczy, ale przy wynajmie mają znaczenie. Mnie osobiście raziły sztuczne kwiaty. Ale wiem, że to już jest czepianie się. Parking przy ulicy, choć czasem trzeba było się pomęczyć by znaleźć miejsce.

A big plus was the excellent internet — over 400 Mbps, perfect for remote work. The balcony view of the ocean was very nice. The apartment was very cozy and just right for two adults. It’s also worth noting that it was very quiet.

On the downside, there was no dishwasher, the dryer was damaged, and the apartment is located on a hill, so you need to put in a bit of effort to get there :)
