Good location. Nice outdoor area. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Well managed.

It would have been nice to have a table of some sort in the living area

We came several Times in Moab and always in that lodging we find perfect. Close to downtown (only few blocks) and all the facilities. This lodging is like home and have all the needed confort for good vacation. Samantha has been a very great person to Connect with and very kind to accommodate our stay. We thank her a lot. And for sure, we ´ll come back

Location was very convenient, private and quiet. Hosts were very responsive and efficient. Overall the facilities were as advertised. We would certainly recommend and would return.

A coffee or side table would be helpful in the lounge. Another lamp needed - on a bedside table - in the bedroom. A grater in the kitchen. Cupboard under sink needed cleaning.

Good location and nice place!!

Easy check-in and check-out, clean unit and a nice backyard. Great location close to main street! All amenities were provided, from cookware to dishes to towels and shampoo/soap.

The shower leaked a lot of water out of the glass door, so the shower mat was always soaking wet. The bathroom is small, but it is big enough to be comfortable.

Excellent stay! Great hosts - were very responsive and quick to help out with minor issues checking in (technology issues, not owner). Washer and dryer in our unit and clean/high quality appliances and bathroom! Love it.

The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, the cleanliness was top rate, and the hot tub was perfect.

Proximity to downtown Moab. Cool Moab vibe. Great amount of space for 2.

Minor questions about the unit upon check in. The staff responded very promptly and resolved all issues.
