The property was spacious, clean and well equipped for a group of 6 and a toddler. It also has a nice garden which we were able to enjoy in the sunny weather. The location is good for getting to the city centre, bus stop is near and gets into the centre in 15 minutes.

As the weather was hot and three of the bedrooms face a busy main road, we could not sleep with the windows open as it was much too noisy. Unfortunately the one fan supplied was not working, though the owners did bring around two fans for us on the 3rd day.

Great location, friendly hosts had everything we needed. Very handy having the park and ride across the road into Norwich. Tesco express very nearby. Plenty of space for parking. Big spacious rooms and garden.
