"Muy cómodo, cerca de relativamente todo, el aparcamiento muy bien"

La cercanía al centro, aunque tienes que coger el coche para todo, al menos tienes todos los lugares que visitar a 6/7 minutos de distancia y el poder aparcar a lado de casa es lo mejor

La ubicación, tenía muchos servicios cerca de casa

Eche en falta unos detalles minimos en la casa, por ejemplo, perchas para colgar las toallas o una estantería en el baño para poder almacenar cosas
