The apartment was very clean, bedding and towels were new and very clean. Also, it was tidy and there was enough space especially for families or groups. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit uphill, but all Ancona is like that, but very near to the city center, 6 - 7 min walk and you are at the city center. There is also a bus just few meters from the entrance.

The host made us very welcome - Roberto got in touch ahead of our booking with really clear, accurate instructions on how to find the property and how to self-check in, and with contact details for any issues/questions. The property was ideally situated for us, lovely and spacious, and was just as shown/described.

Fans are provided in the bedrooms, but we would have been more comfortable with air conditioning (though we booked knowing and expecting that there isn’t A/C)
