Very clean, and in a nice area.

It is a very good location. The apartment is in the city centre with great food around. The rooms were clean and easy to access.

There are no pans or equipment to cook. Not even a kettle or coffee making facility which is surprising for an apartment. We only found the microwave at the last day of our stay which was on the top shelf in the cooking area. There were no instructions for anything in the apartment on how things work so we could not find some kitchen items and were forced to eat outside only. Although it is apartment and if you are staying for some time, be mindful that there are no laundry or washing facilities. Worst of all, the WIFI did not work for us in any of the rooms. It worked near the entrance door only so was really challenging to keep the kid entertained in the hot afternoons.

The property was clean and comfortable. Tv worked fine. Clean towels daily was a plus. Coffee and sugar appreciated. Well situated so that you are close to all going on in Imola. We enjoyed the stay.

Table and chairs and side tables in bedroom can be more sturdy. Should think of a small dressing table in room for women. The steps up is a bit of a nightmare carrying your belongings but at least that is just on check in and check out.

Property is very nice and located in the middle of the town allowing to walk to all the facilities, train station and the autodromo.

The property was ridiculously expensive because of the GP and could have few things adjusted like some more hangers in the bathroom for towels (only one) and some more bins (only one in the kitchen). The kitchen wasn’t easy (induction hub) to use because the handles were switched on a different way from each other and some instructions could have helped because was not clear which was on and even if it was on. The staff have been absent for the entire time considering that we have been texting and calling many times (working time as per check in email) for asking about the kitchen.

Owner was unreachable: did nor reply any message during our stay and dud not answer the phone

I did not receive any information about check-in so I had to make multiple phone calls when I arrived.

Poor communication. The apartment was fine but when I finally got in, the room had not been cleaned, with used towels in the bathroom and the bedroom was left with an unmade bed. This was sorted and someone (I think it was the owner) did kindly offer to pay for me to have a drink in a local bar while the room was sorted. This was nice of her but should not have been necessary. I have no way of knowing but I suspect the owner was badly let down by the agency. I completed check-in online, one week before I arrived, and I paid a week in advance too.

Amazing location, very central in the historic area of Imola. The building is very charming and the rooms seemed recently renovated. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Check-in and out were through a secure box with a password, fully contactless but easy to do! Rooms had aircon, new furniture, great bathroom too.

Honestly, only the wifi. Our room was on the top floor and the internet router was located on the floor below so signal was very weak. I could only use it on my laptop, but not on my mobile. Still, hardly a problem.

Great location in the center of Imola. It's in a limited traffic zone but that's OK if you arrive by train. Perfectly located in the middle between the Imola train station and the Imola race track. Host was punctual and did a great job of making sure the check in went smoothly.

There are several apartments in this building and I believe this is the last one to be prepared so it's not fully ready yet. The description says there is a "well-fitted kitchenette, which is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave". There is no stovetop, no kitchenware and you have to unplug the mini fridge if you want to use the tea boiler. It also claims to have "a flat-screen TV". The antenna plug and power plug is there but there is no TV yet. I'm assuming these are issues that will be fixed soon but it would be a good idea to reach out to them to verify if you expect to find them there.
