The place is generally okay and feels secure as there is security on-site. It is also suitable for those who prefer a quiet and private environment.

However, I had a bad experience during my stay. I checked in during Ramadan, so as a Muslim, I mostly stayed indoors during the daytime. During that time, I noticed that the TV remote was missing. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and I informed the contact person about it. The area was very quiet, and unfortunately, the staff only came the next day in the late afternoon after I followed up multiple times asking when they would assist. I was quite dissatisfied with how the staff handled the situation. When they came, they entered the house without knocking. I had intentionally left the door unlocked while waiting for them, but it is basic courtesy to knock and greet first before entering. My sister and I were in the living room without headscarves at the time. Regardless of religion, proper manners should be observed unless permission to enter was clearly given. Additionally, the bathroom light was flickering badly (like a disco light), and this was only fixed the next day in the evening. The issue with the missing remote was never resolved as it could not be found. In terms of cleanliness, the corridor was dirty and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations in terms of service and cleanliness.

If you were to booked this home,make sure you brings your own toiletries, towel, blanket if you may. And make sure you buy air fresheners too.

Moldy, smelly, not properly clean as you if the owner of this house is not interested in taking care of this property.

Keadaan rumah yang agak berbau. Sofa dan tilam dalam keadaan yg kurang bersih, berbau dan terdapat barangan penghuni sebelum yang tidak dikemas habis.

L'humidité excessive dans l'appartement, les toilettes dans une des salles de bain qui fuient, les serviettes de toilette qui n'essuient rien du tout, le réfrigérateur n'était pas propre, et il n'y avait pas de papier toilette
