Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold Metro og transport rundt i København.

Der stod at lejligheden var “fully equipped” . Der var kun to kaffe kopper og meget lidt køkkenudstyr. Og så var der kun meget få dårlige møbler.

Ideal place to visit the center of Copenhagen!

Very nice accomodation for the price. Communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. The flat is located in a quiet (except on the weekend) neighborhood, has a livingroom with kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It is very spacious for a family. There is a shopping center not far, where you can find everything that you need. The sortiment is far better than in the ones in the city center. The airport and the city center can be reached within 30 min. This was especially an advantage, when we rented a car for a day trip to Billund and the car could be quickly picked up at the airport. Parking on the street is not really possible. The kitchen was also well equipped for our purposes, we ate mainly breakfast and snacks in the evening there. We found enough cutlery, glasses and plates for 4 persons. Water boiler, microwave, oven and fridge were all functioning. Light and lamps were available in every room.

I read the reviews in advance, so we were a bit prepared for the disadvantages. But for the price they were not that disturbing. Cleaning is very superficial, the flat is not a good choice for people with dust allergy, e.g there is a lot of dust under the beds. A thorough cleaning, iron-free bed linen and covers for the kitchen chairs (we brought our own) probably would significantly increase the ratings. Friday is partytime in the neighborhood, with music and loud people in the building. Is also okay, we were once young as well ;-)

Die Wohnung hatte Aufzug und 3 Schlafzimmer und kleinen Balkon. Lage am Stadtrand, aber gute Metroverbindung oder Busverbindung. Die Metro fährt aller 3 Minuten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Große Grünflächen fußläufig erreichbar.

Wohnung roch muffig nach feuchter Wäsche, da bei unserer Ankunft der Wäschetrockner mit unseren Handtüchern noch stundenlang lief. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche total zerknittert machte keinen frischen Eindruck. Die Küche ist neu, aber sparsam ausgestattet. Betten waren ok. Keine Deckenbeleuchtung in den Zimmern, nur jeweils 3 kaputte, nicht vertrauenserweckende Stehlampen als einzige Lichtquelle. Diese Lampen waren nur über den Stecker ein- und ausschaltbar, teilweise Isolierung kaputt. Eine Mitreisende erlitt an einer Lampe einen Stromschlag. Stühle im Wohnzimmer fleckig und verranzt. Auf dem Balkon kein Stuhl oder Tisch. Die Holzstühle konnte man nachts nicht draußen lassen. Ein Regal mit Stoffbezug in dem einen Schlafzimmer dreckig und verranzt. An der Decke im Wohnzimmer eine ca. 30cm große Tropfstelle mit Eimer darunter mitten im Zimmer. Vermieter war gut erreichbar, aber ignorant gegenüber den Beschwerden, v.a. mit den Lampen. In Kopenhagen ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig, Parkplätze nur kostenpflichtig in Tiefgaragen oder Parkhäusern vorhanden.

Het appartement is netjes en je bent vanaf het appartement snel in de stad met de metro. Ligt dichtbij het vliegveld en de host is erg aardig.

Je kunt makkelijk in de stad komen, maar slaapt niet echt heel centraal. je kunt de slaapkamers niet echt donker maken
