Excellent place with a good parking space, very clean and comfy room to stay, location is great, Ada mall is close, resturants and corners are also close, 5km away from Belgrade Arena if you are here for a game as we were... definitely 10, would recommend it to everyone for a good stay at Belgrade.

Location, comfort, privacy, entertainment, cleanliness, heating, and the host.

The WiFi could be improved, but it wasn't terrible. I've stayed at other more expensive places with no signal at all, so this is sufficient for a tourist to check something or even watch content. However, it can be frustrating if the connection drops unexpectedly while watching something. But It’s not bad by all means.
