A large and clean apartment, located in a well-kept environment. The supermarket is right next door. You can walk to the souk in about 20 minutes, the same time to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The air conditioning didn't work the best, in one room it didn't work at all, so we were cold. The windows are without gaskets. The owner did not meet us even though we came in the middle of the day, which is unusual.

Location was perfect, a short walk to Agadir Bay. All the restaurants are there. Supermarket was steps away to get everything you need.

Très bel appartement situé au 3eme étage d’un immeuble récent . Appartement bien équipé et propre. Literie très confortable, sanitaire propre et douche très moderne dans la sdb principale. Moncef est très réactif et nous a apporté tout le soutien nécessaire pour nous aider et conseiller .

Appartement donnant sur boulevard passagé et parfois bruyant la nuit(bruit de motos ).

My stay at this modern apartment in the center of Agadir was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, with a stunning panoramic view over the city. Everything looked even better than in the photos. The location is perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. Mouncif, the host, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay and was always available when needed. His warm hospitality really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Agadir — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Honestly, i have no complaints.
