A toaster in kitchen would have been good for breakfasts and no toiletries like toothpaste, shaving cream etc which most 5 star hotels provide

Nice comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice spa, and the restaurant in the hotel is first rate. Not much of a view, but not far from the ocean either.

I like that you had a 40$ a day credits to use within the hotel. (Food /Drinks) I liked that there were shopping & eateries within walking distance ( Ross, Walmart, Target & and Mall)

I didn’t like that parking was 55$ a day, you couldn’t use your 40$ credit towards parking. I didn’t like if you parked in the garage public parking , you had to use the stairs to get to the 1st /2nd to get to the hotel or pick up your car.

The property is new and in walking distance of the mall, Walmart and Target all are less than a block away and the beach is approximately 2 blocks away

Exceptional service. Service with an authentic smile. New! Clean! Shopping near by. Refrigerator and microwave. Expresso machine worked perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out.

The staff was incredibly friendly and happy and helpful. The rooms were spacious and lively. All amenities were great.

Renaissance Residence was such a great stay. Very clean and very friendly staff. The coffee shop was conveniently in the lounge. The restaurant and bar had some good food and drinks. A bit pricy, but expected I suppose. The hotel gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna were all very nice and clean. The hotel is also between Walmart and Target, which was a quick walk from the hotel. My only complaint would be the parking situation. Online stated there was parking available. The only parking is valet parking for an additional $50 a day. If you want to park it yourslef you need to find street parking. Also, be aware of the daily "resort fee." I understand it's a new hotel, but there are some kinks that need to be sorted.
