I am extremely disappointed and in disbelief. I received a message from the host regarding the maximum number of people allowed in the unit, warning that additional charges would apply if this number was exceeded. When I asked why this message was sent, I was informed that it was based on a report from the landlord. I approached the landlord to address what I believe to be false accusations. She insisted that the report was accurate and claimed that “nine people were seen in the lift.” During this interaction, she referred to us as “you people,” which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. When I requested video footage to verify this claim, she refused, stating, “I won’t open the office now.” This allegation is untrue and not supported by any factual evidence. The interaction ended abruptly, with the landlord closing the door on us without offering an apology or attempting to resolve the matter. Please ensure you have an inventory checklist when you check in. Two towels apparently disappeared during our stay. I am confident that we didn't take them but could unfortunately not prove it since I didn't see the need to collect proof before and after our stay.
