We had a reservation for 2 people, my girlfriend got there first and she was heavily questioned by the security guard about the nature of her relationship with me, even though the room was already paid for and she provided my name and reservation number which made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe, that line of questioning should not be happening at check in at all, , that's to begin with, later, after check in we found lots of hair in the shower, towels, bedroom and around the bed which to be honest was disgusting, I reached out to Ivana to sort things out, she was very helpful and offered to change us to another apartment, which was of a different rate per night (less in this case), to which I agree with if the difference in rates were to be adjusted in my favor and if the new option was clean, the new apartment was clean however there were no toiletries and the safe was locked, we didn't want to complain again since we were only staying for one night, however I do rate this as a pretty bad experience overall.

La douche, la terrasse, le grand lit, les 2 télés, la cuisine equipé et les gardes réactifs, aimable et sympathiques. L emplacement idyllique, Condesa c est à coté de tout ce qui a de plus interressant à CDMX

Une des deux serviette était sale, il n y avait qu un petit shampoing, pas de gel douche et manque de papier toilettes

La ubicación muy cerca a todo, muy tranquilo y una terraza con hamaca genial! Ivana muy especial y atenta al igual que uno de los vigilantes!

La actitud insoportable de la persona de la recepción! Es terrible y lo peor es que dicen que es amiga del dueño y que por eso no se le puede decir ni pedir nada! No como la tienen ahí es terrible esa mujer! Y un poco la limpieza de las sábanas!

Schöner, ruhiger und sicherer Stadtteil (Condesa). Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing. Küche mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, Oxxo und Frühstückscafés in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. In 9 Tagen wurde unser Appartement 1x gereinigt, 1x gab es frische Bettwäsche auf Anfrage. Die Waschmaschinen im Erdgeschoss können einschl. Waschpulver morgens und abends genutzt werden. Wlan war gut. Concierge rund um die Uhr. Würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Safe funktionierte nicht, Balkontür schloss nicht richtig. War aber nicht so relevant, da das Gebäude mit Zaun und Bewachung geschützt ist.
