"Dirty bedsheets with stains all over"

Nothing

Bedsheets were found disgusting with full of hair. I’ve asked politely if the bedsheets could be changed and she refused it. She said if I was not happy I could leave. I finally had to leave and find another hotel late at night. She removed with her own hand the booger from the bed sheets and said it was cleaned. How can someone give dirty bedsheets ?
