Clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Host was very informative and kind. All home necessities were available for us.

She must consider changing the bed. Twas very uncomfortable.

This is an ideal self check in hotel! Check in and out was very easy, and made very pleasant by the friendly owner and Zimabli lakes admin staff. Directions and instructions were very easy. During our stay, we felt comfortable, at ease and most importantly safe. Lula has provided all the essential items required, and additional creature comforts to make you feel at home - which is much appreaciated! (free wifi; major streaming services; tea; coffee; even a welcome treat and travel vanity pack; etc)

Unfortunately there is no balcony for this unit, but is very understandable due to the location. It should be noted that the accomodation is very clean, and comfortable and a balcony should not be a deal breaker considering all the other positive aspects!
