The hospitality of Ugo, his willingness to help on every request. The place was super clean,the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for those who want to travel around the area.

Excellent value for money. The owner is available to satisfy your requests. Carefully clean and renovated rooms and common space.

It was fine, here only some notes: The electric heater has the timer that switch off it during the night, in winter the room becomes a little bit cold. The breakfast is basic italian, for foreigner better ask in advance for it. Be informed of the walking distance from public transportation.

Best host I have had so far. He suggested places to visit and briefed me on the best places to eat in the area. He is very kind and generous with his included breakfasts. All the facilities worked well and I always had help if I needed it.

Slightly out of the way but worth it for the price. Only accepts cash, so make sure to have some on hand.

Ugo was super friendly and helpfull. He shared with us links about the trains schedule, local attractions and places to eat. We would return for sure!
