Maison Marienne - Deluxe B&B

Just a perfect stay. Beginning with the communication ( all in advance, well organized, no last minute stress), the welcoming part (the representative met us in front of the house, instructed on site in the kindest way) and the whole space was just perfectly tidy and spacious for our 3 nights stay. Everyday cleaning is included, even though we used it only once. Close to Porto, as we plannen to visit Amalfi and Positano with public boats, 10 min walk to the city centre with cute shops and great restaurants. Even CONAR market was quite close to our apartment and came in handy for breakfast and dinners. We cooked simple dishes in the kitchen (our apartment was Ocean) and it worked perfectly. If we ever come back, I know where to go and feel very well welcomed. The service was top!

We were provided with breakfast vouchers we could use at a cafe 200m away throughout the day, from 6am till 22pm, but contrary to our perfectly tidy place the cafe was not the cleanest one and our omelette+salad were too oily. Maybe it was just our pickiness, but we decided not to stay there the other days, but take our croissants with creme (which were fresh and very tasty, btw) for take away and cook us breakfasts in the apartment instead. The variety of pastries is great though. This is more of a suggestion to reconsider the collaboration or communicate your high standards as set for your apartments. This still did not change our mind, as the location team did their job the best way and could not control the service provided by others. And I would also to add a cutting bread + kitchen knife to kitchen utensils and it would complete the cooking process.

O espaço é muito agradável, assim como a Tereza e o Jacky que nos recebeu. O passeio indicado por ela pra Capri foi maravilhoso. O quarto é bem espaçoso, tem bom secador de cabelos, frigobar e chaleira. Um detalhe, se você for ficar aqui chegar de trem é mais perto e vantajoso que de Ferry, pois tem muitas escadas do Porto até aqui.

The room was nice and clean. The host was very welcoming and helpfull.

The walls between the rooms are not insulated well and at night the other guests would wake us up when using the bathroom. Also in the morning we heard three different alarms clocks go off so that woke us up as well.

Very friendly staff. They even assisted us to book tours for Amalfi and Capri, and book our taxi on our check out. The room was good size and very clean. The location is within walking distance to the main Piazza, and even the train station.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta para salir a recorrer la ciudad sin estar precisamente el centro, y tambien es cerca(5min a pie) de la estación tanto de tren como bus para movilidad a otras ciudades

Lo que no me gustó y considero que deberian incluir en la descripción del alojamiento o aclararlo antes de reservar, es que la tasa turística no esta incluida en el precio y es un gasto que no teniamos previsto. Como nuestra estadia fue de una semana, fue bastante dinero
