Perfect location. Once you have your room code, you're all set.

Perfect stay, quiet, perfect area surrounded by cafes and restaurants, huge flat, new, high quality, laundry downstairs, 24/7 security, good internet. Rooftop terrace! 10/10, we will come again!

the location was amazing! the hosts were friendly but did not respond very quickly.

There was barely any natural light in the apartment. The windows all looked into a small courtyard. The pool was green because it was so dirty. Laundry is only available after 6pm. the hosts were friendly but did not respond very quickly. It is not a space for long term stays. It is not a full kitchen- only 2 small burners, no oven, no toaster. We also found many dark hairs in the bed, shower and floor when we moved in.

Great location. Good price and came with everything you could need!

Hot water was hit and miss

The building is an oasis of calm in a busy part of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, in a beautiful part of CDMX, with restaurants and public transport to hand. Marisol and her team were wonderful and welcoming, able to cope with the unusual circumstance of one of us needing urgent medical attention. The whole building is well run and clean and the use of the laundry room was an advantage. we will definitely return.

The only problem we had was no hot water due to a faulty boiler, which Marisol was able to organise the repair of and was resolved to our satisfaction.

Mattresses- felt cheap (but firm which I prefer) topper was synthetic which I find less breathable
