The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. It's awesome that they had a water filtering container in the room so we didn't have to go purchase water. There was always someone at the desk to let you in the building. The ladies were always incredibly friendly. The decor in the rooms is nice. Having 2 bedrooms gives the needed privacy when traveling in groups.

There was one night where there wasn't any hot water, but the rest of the nights we were there it was working fine. It must've been a night where everyone took showers :p The beds are comfortable, but there's plastic wrapping (understandable for rentals) that makes it pretty warm while you're sleeping even with the A/C on. The duvet is too heavy in this scenario, but honestly could just be personal preference. I'd stay here again even with these cons, so take from that what you will.

Spacious rooms . Convenient to great F&B , laundry w washer dryer in the building was definately a plus for we stayed 12 days at the apt

Housekeeping had to be arranged even though we were told it’s once every 6 day of stay. It was not automatic . But upon our enquiry, they did schedule housekeeping the following day .

Location was good and the room was comfortable and as expected.

I was on the first floor and it was so loud. I could hear every time the front door opened and the entire conversations at the front desk at all hours.

Cleanliness, position being so central.

Fabulous location, generous room size and style, great rooftop and friendly staff.

The pool could have been a little cleaner.

The location and staff were excellent—we enjoyed being there.

The shower was extremely slippery, and the apartment was a little bit dark. I don’t think the lighting could be helped but it was just something we noticed.
