L’établissement est bien situé pour être dans le quartier de Roma Norte et Condesa.

L’appartement ressemblait aux photos, mais ce qui n’était pas mentionné, c’est l’eau froide tout au long de notre séjour. Malgré l’intervention de la maintenance, nous n’avons eu de l’eau chaude que pendant 20 minutes avant qu’elle ne redevienne froide. Nous avions l’appartement du bas, qui était littéralement à 2 mètres de l’accueil, et le bruit était incessant. Le personnel ne faisait aucun effort pour être discret ; ils parlaient fort, riaient et regardaient des vidéos à plein régime. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois qu’ils fassent moins de bruit, sans succès. De plus, l’appartement était très sombre. Il y avait à peine de lumière du jour, nous devions donc allumer les lumières en permanence.

Property was in great location and the rooms were very spacious. The rooftop pool was a nice area and it was good to have laundry facilities.

Laundry can only be done after 6pm which doesn’t leave much time

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the room was wonderful. So clean and spacious. The rooftop area was a perfect place to relax away from the busy city. The location is unbeatable.

Spacious property which provides all you need in an apartment

The location was perfect. In a great neighborhood with tons of great food around. The hotel provided a box of pastries for the room on arrival, but other than that no breakfast was provided.

I would have preferred to get the door combinations ahead of time for the rooms so I could have checked in without having to stop at the front desk and the others in my party could have coordinated their arrivals easier.

Bad sound insulation and the pool looked dirty. Also, I had to leave my bags as they didn’t have space for late check out, it would have been nice to have a shower before my flight/after pool but also I appreciate this isn’t something they have to provide
