Struttura ampia, super pulita e host molto disponibile nonostante abbiamo effettuato il self check-in. Il balcone top, dato che è una struttura vicina al mare in modo da far asciugare gli indumenti. Il parcheggio che non è presente vicino alla struttura, ma facile da trovare. Nulla da ridire

La locazione molto vicina a tutti i posti di spicco,inoltre la terrazza bene attrezzata

The owner was super helpful and always quick to reply via WhatsApp. He even let me switch from the second to the first floor when I arrived because my luggage was too heavy for me to get up the stairs, such a kind gesture! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with charming Caltagirone ceramic tiles that gave total White Lotus vibes. There’s also a lovely shared terrace. Great location near amazing restaurants like Silos Ristorante with a beach view. He even arranged my transfer to the train station. 11/10 would stay again!

Roberto was the consummate host - brimming with local information and Sicilian history and just a pleasure to chat with. I was most fortunate to get a room upgrade (Room 4) on the top floor adjacent to a wonderful terrace with sea views. Everything about Via Siracusa 5 was perfect from the room decor to the comfortable bed. I would like to have stayed longer!

Welcoming host, nice location near the port and the beach.

The rooms had a theme, and I found it really nice. Newly refurbished, nice furniture and some pieces of local art in there. The host was lovely and proud of her structure. The location is just a short walk from the city centre. We loved it.
