Lakin' It Easy

The location was perfect. I enjoyed the water and the view. It was quiet and private. The cabin provided us with everything we needed. I did bring my own towels, TP, shampoo, and laundry detergent, but it was all provided to us if needed. The cabin was clean. I felt safe. I would love to stay in the cabin in the summer months to enjoy the lake.

The only thing I would recommend to Ryan is to please purchase 100% cotton sheets for the beds. The microfiber sheets that were on the bed was so uncomfortable and very hot. I did purchased my own sheets after one night. The sheets were thin and we could feel the plastic mattress protector. I also wished there was a kitchen table with chairs. We liked to play games at night and it was impossible to sit on the stools at the island for a period of time.

The property had an awesome view of Stone Lake and was very close to Shipshewana! Communication with the Owner was great. Very private and clean.

It was a very clean home with good amenities. It has a wonderful view of the lake. It’s also great that kayaks are available to use.

We are 70 and didn’t realize the only bathroom was upstairs with the bedrooms downstairs (with a spiral staircase). It was very doable, just not very convenient.
