An excellent host, he did everything for our convenience of moving in and out, a good apartment in a convenient location, everything is very clean, there are all the amenities for a comfortable stay, I recommend it!

it's a fantastic one bedroom apartment, spacious and in a great location. the bed was comfortable, the shower was large and with decent pressure. i especially liked the balcony with great views and lots of sun in the morning. there was AC in the living room and a fan in the bedroom to keep the temperature comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped to prepare almost any meal, and there was a nice large sofa and a rocking chair to relax on. the wifi was great, i was able to work from home without any issues.

there was some street noise in the bedroom, so i had to use earplugs - but that's very common in Tbilisi. the balcony could use some refurbishment - there was only one chair, and its upholstery was caving in.

I highly recommend Georgy’s apartment. It has all facilities for comfort life: dining stuff, towels, bed sheets and other. I lived here for a month and everything was fine. The apartment placed in a nice neighbourhood.

It is good apartment in the city center with amazing view on the city. Park Mziuri is quite close (20 mins walking) and Vake district with a lot of nice and cozy cafes. Giorgi is great owner, he explained everything, was online all the time, asked all the questions we had. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, temperature is regulated with gas, so it was warm in the flat. I really like this place. P.s free parking is on Petriashvili turne (not a street) close to the house.

It might be better if shower drain will be fixed. It worked well, but seems that water lock was not perfect and sometimes it smelt with drain a little bit

The apartment is spacious and fully furnished. The area is quiet. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host is very kind. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

The owner Giorgi is very friendly. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect. The location is just really cool. You feel like you are in the very heart of the city. Stunning view of the city and it looks especially beautiful at night. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's just a great apartment in old Tbilisi. Everything that you see on the pictures is 100% the same. Great view from Balcony. superb location, everting was around the place. Very positive communication with the host Giorgi. The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. Highly recommended.
