"Beautiful spacious modern lodge - perfect getaway!"

Very clean, really spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was amazing feature as well, and we loved the amount of tv apps available and also the option of board games. Close by to York and pocklington. Would 100% visit again! X

Everything was perfect but if I had to pick one thing was the outside cover over the hot tub was dripping water when raining and dampened the towels

Very spacious and everything we required was there. Very close to restaurant. Very clean and welcoming with the hot tub it was just what we needed

"Brilliant family short break"

Property was superb, clean and spacious with lots of lovely touches which brought a luxury feel. Equipped with everything for a great stay. Hot tub was clean and ready to go, lots of space and lovely added touches such as a welcome basket with goodies, and toiletries for everyone. Contacted hosts for late checkout option which was responded to Promptly. We’ve stayed in many lodges but this has been the best so far.

We didn’t have time to explore the site but it had a residential safe feel. We were woken by barking dogs each morning which would have been annoying if we weren’t up early as you would have been disturbed if you wanted to sleep in past 7:30am!

"A home away from home."

Lovely little lodge. Spacious and everything you could need from lasagne dishes to washing up liquid is provided. Beds are firm but not to unpleasant.

Instructions on how to use the hot tub. Would have liked to have known why the buttons and valves were for and also how to refill it as by the end of the stay the water was getting low.
