Die 2 Stiegen innen sind wirklich steil und wie in Italien sehr oft der Fall ist es schwierig zu heizen.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Veronica’s place for 11 days. The property is wonderful. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s laid out on two floors so not for people with mobility issues. You have to be prepared to climb some stairs but we got used to it after a day or two. The property is beautifully decorated, equipped with all you need to have a comfortable stay and it was immaculately clean. It’s at the very edge of the historic centre of Locorotondo which makes it a truly special location. There are paid parking spaces very close to the property (there are a few unpaid spaces but impossible to find a free one during summer months). Veronica was a fantastic host. She provided helpful recommendations, messaged us to make sure we were ok and left some wine and local treats for us which was a lovely gestures. We recommend this property with all our hearts!

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good location

Overhead shower head needs attention. On one occasion we couldn’t gain access to the front door with the code, so would recommend you take the key out with you.

The apartment is well located way walking distance to the historic part of town yet quiet . We used this as a base for visiting other towns and beaches around the area and it worked well. The apartment is a modern with quality furniture and fixtures . Loved the quality towels,Nespresso machine with plenty of pods and bottle of local wine kindly left.

Washing machine would have been good however there is a good laundromat around the corner.

Beautifully presented two story townhouse that was spotlessly clean in a perfect location. Lovely welcome wine and Italian biscuits and some essentials like milk, butter and yoghurt in the fridge awaiting us on arrival. We would thoroughly recommend this house. Though this didn’t affect us, be mindful that there are steep steps over two levels. The car was parked in a secure garage just around the corner from the house.

Occasional loss of water pressure but don’t let this stop you booking!

This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It’s spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is dynamite, and the little back terrace (one of three!) is such a wonderful place for a morning coffee or evening drink. It’s close to everything in centro storico and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s also very private and quiet. Veronica provided some lovely treats and just made the place incredibly welcoming. And she was so communicative and helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

Nothing. Note that there are two relatively steep staircases, so if you have mobility issues you should consider that before booking. But they do have great lighting and railing and I found them quite easy to move my bags up and down.
