App tussen de locals, geen toeristen, eigen privé parkeerplaats in garage onder het gebouw, lift, balkon, 2 sl.kamers, in december waren er kerstevenementen voor de deur, en aandacht voor de kinderen die er konden spelen. Met eigen knipper toegang tot de straat krijgen, er staat nl een paal om verkeer tegen te houden.

In december geen tot zeer weinig zon op het balkon. Foto's zullen van de zomer gemaakt zijn. Water toevoer douche niet sterk. Even wachten tot de boiler weer vol en warm was voor de 2e persoon die moest douchen.
