Jersey City Monthly Boutique 20 Min to NYC

I like everything about this cozy apartment. Equipped kitchen and in-unit wash/dryer are my favorites. The beds are a bit softer, but I can adapt it. Nice neighborhood. Easy commute to Manhattan. Highly recommend.

Once in a while, especially on the weekends, loud music and people talking loudly on the street at midnight. There is a Mexican restaurant downstairs close at midnight. (I guess that's why.) I have my earplugs with me so it's all good. But if you like this place, make sure you are prepared for the party noises, don't let it ruin your experience of the nice place.

Price

The location is horrible. They have a really bad ant problem. On the weekends the place is extremely loud and I found myself waking up at 3 am in the morning. It’s only surface level clean, had to get a cleaning lady day two to do a deep clean. Also had to wait for them to resolve issues with the door’s keyless entry twice. They said it’s the first time it happened, but when I was checking out I saw another family having to wait outside for 20 mins to get their keys. So I’m pretty sure it’s a recurring thing. Pay a little extra and get a hotel or something

The apartment is nice. But it misses some basic things. Also the heating makes a lot of nice when On.

The location is not very comfortable.

I’ll I have to say : HOME. 🏡 Had one month stay and I felt home. There’s literally all you need to have a high quality every day life. Whoever open minded love South American vibes you will have an amazing time with full of a life place . There’s a few really nice restaurants and cafes just right down the house . Just had an amazing time staying here.

The one thing I’d say was a bit hard for me and my friend is transportation. We had nearly 40-60 min way from manhattan downtown and sometimes it wouldn’t let us stay in city till late . But whoever willing to to pay for the taxi or go by light trails is totally worth it!!
