При бронировании я выбрал вариант 50% предоплаты, 50% во время заселения. В итоге за 2 дня до заселения мою бронь отменили, а деньги не вернули. Мне пришлось делать новое бронирование и опять все оплачивать. Все мои запросы техподдержка просто игнорирует, деньги так и не вернулись на карту. Прошу разобраться
