Nessuna indicazione all’arrivo. Si tratta di casette divise a metà in due stanze comunicanti “buttate” in mezzo ad un campeggio di camper di dubbia provenienza, sicuro non rassicurante per un turista in arrivo. Per trovare una sorta di “reception” abbiamo fatto almeno 3 giri. Nessun documento richiesto, potevamo essere chiunque. Dopo 2 ore non ci siamo sentiti al sicuro e ce ne siamo andati lasciando le chiavi in una semplice cassetta. Nessuno si è accorto di nulla di tutto ciò. Deludente.

Location was perfect in the little town of Williams - lots of dining and shoping options, and easy access to roads to go visit the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. I really liked the cabin we had, facing the forest. Despite the freeway and rail tracks nearby, it felt really secluded. It was very quiet and the view of the trees with no vis-a-vis was really great. The cabin appeared brand new and was very well designed, and clean.

The Wifi was not good enough for watching Roku on the TV, or browse the internet with ease, so I would not recommend this place for business travelers. Also, if you need absolute darkness to sleep at night, this might not be for you as the cabin has a lot of windows with limited shades to cover them, so you get light and sun early in the morning.

The Cozy Cabin was nice and clean but it is definitely cozy, no seating other than the bed. It was very comfortable and had the basics.

The parking was a little difficult because we had to walk around the back over rocky uneven terrain. The room is a tight fit with the King Bed so no where to sit other than on the bed. A few little things that looked like maintenance took some short cuts but nothing that affected our stay. The property as a whole is old, which we knew but it is run down and could use some definite attention. The Cozy Cabins appear to be new and the nicest part of the property. The pool was closed for maintenance which was fine for us as we did not plan to use it however there was no advanced notice of this. You can hear the trains from the cabin because it is on the back facing the forest and the train tracks are fairly close.

It was quiet and the view of the forest was very nice.
