Yusuf was brilliant and helped us out with any questions we had. We also had a great breakfast every morning.

The transfer from the airport (arrived 1 hour late), I appreciate this is not directly the fault of the riad but still. The A/C didn't work. The toilet seat had velcro for some reason, as if there was meant to be a cover on it that wasn't there? Also note it's in the Medina near mosques, so we were awoken at 5:40 in the morning every day by the loudspeakers for the call to prayer, which lasted 20 whole minutes.
