Unit consistantly felt damp, Bedding, etc... Ventilation or something is off

The inside of the rooms are lovely, everything is top notch, high quality, good bedding & towels, pretty decor. Close to the beach. The woman at the front desk was very nice & obviously doing several jobs. Perhaps they are under construction, but not sure. They could use an sig if that is the case....also a sigh on the door when the office hit one closed. They had coffee in the room.

The office was locked & I had no idea what to do when we got there. I needed to park my car but there were no spots & no on to ask. We had called & told them we would be there around noon. I arrived at 1PM & no one was around. After I called 5-6 times (no on answered), a woman showed up. I think she was cleaning the rooms, so not her fault but someone should be available at the front desk. The front desk, was a huge mess....full of garbage & card board boxes. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Again, I tried to go to front desk in afternoon to ask for some, but office was locked, no one around. At night, we went to sit in cute common area upstairs but it was too dark. There are cute lights but no way to turn them on. Again, I called & seems I got someone from another country, who had no idea what I was talking about. She could not understand me & I could not understand her. This place really needs staff on site. VERY loud upstairs late at night....music & walking around.

Our first visit to Clearwater Beach was wonderful, and Blue Wave Suites proved to be the perfect accommodation. Its excellent location and beautifully renovated property offered a charming boutique beach atmosphere. We would gladly stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

We came for a conference at the Hilton but didn’t want to stay there. We found this place and couldn’t be happier! Everything was wonderful, we had the best time. The space was clean and absolutely gorgeous. We could walk everywhere we needed. They even did our laundry! The beach is a very short walk, and they have chairs, towels, chairs and umbrellas for you to use. It was perfect and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!

Everything was great, very clean, great location close to beach and many restaurants. We were very happy and would come back next time we are in Clearwater Beach.
